The Beginning of Victory

Being obedient to the call of God in his life, Pastor Tracy Covel stepped out by faith in January 2003 to begin a work in Titusville, Florida. Realizing the importance of the Word of God and a ministry that would teach the Bible line upon line and precept upon precept, he began the work in his living room with just his wife and two daughters. Within a short time, God provided a place for the church to meet and the first service was held at the Indian River City Association building on March 2, 2003 with one woman and her two grandchildren. The Lord continued to add to the services each week and the church began to grow. On April 20, 2003, Victory Baptist Church of Titusville was officially established with fifteen charter members. The church soon began to build its foreign missions program understanding that this was an important part of the great commission that the Lord Jesus gave to the church. Today we support 21 missionaries around the world. We are currently meeting at the Buena Vista Buildings on US 1 in Titusville, 3910 S. Washington Ave, Suite 112.
